Please get in touch as soon as you can. If your order hasn't been dispatched yet, we'll do our best to change or cancel it — just email sales@masterpiecejewellery.com.au with your order number. Once your piece is on its way we can't recall it, but you're welcome to exchange it within 7 days. Deposits on custom or special-order pieces are non-refundable.

Standard shipping is free — within Australia and worldwide. You'll receive an order confirmation by email straight away, then a second email with tracking once your piece is dispatched. Need it sooner? Express delivery is $12.95 within Australia and $80 internationally. Shipping fees are non-refundable if an item is later returned.

Yes — we ship all over the world, and standard international shipping is free. Import duties and taxes are already included in your price (delivered duty paid), so there's nothing more to pay when your parcel arrives. Prefer express? It's $80 at checkout.

Yes — you can exchange an item within 7 days of receiving it for a different style or size. We don't offer refunds for change of mind, and return postage is covered by you. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law always apply, and every solid gold, platinum and sterling silver piece carries our 12-month workmanship warranty (3 months on plated pieces).
